I have never been in an accident that required an attorney until I was rear-ended by a tractor trailer in December 2016. I searched the web and made calls, unsuccessfully. My son suggested I get a referral from his long time attorney in our hometown, Somerville, NJ and I was referred to RAM Law. After much PT, numerous x-rays and surgery and the dreaded deposition that Ed prepared me for I shared my bottom amount with Ed and he made a settlement offer. The defendants attorney countered and I was willing to settle. Ed asked me if it was okay if he could have a few more days to get more than my bottom amount. Of course, I agreed.
