Smith, of Georgaklis & Mallas, is the attorney who handled the closing on the sale of my house in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.  He did an absolutely perfect job, and with his pleasant disposition, sense of humor, professionalism, and can-do attitude, he made what could have been an intimidating process into something manageable and comprehensible.  In fact, I enjoyed working with him so much, that when it was all over and I moved to a new state, I felt that I was also parting from a friend.  I could not recommend him more highly.  On a 10 scale, he is a ten plus!

So September 18,2018 I closed on my coop and the very next day He sent me all the paperwork that was done for that closing day! I’m telling you this guy is FAST! He doesn’t waste time and every thing was handled in great timing. I honestly think this guy needs to get his own firm! I really recommend this guy to anyone who’s buying a coop, condo or house.... he won’t let you down I promise you that!

Steven Smith handled our closing for our first home in Staten Island. He was extremely reliable and efficient. Everything on his end went at smooth as possible making our lives so much easier as the process of purchasing a home (especially your first one) is stressful enough. The rudest receptionist ever!

Unprofessional. Was invited for an interview only to be left waiting 30 minutes. No apology. No explanation. No attempt to reschedule. Only person that greeted me was the young lady at the front desk.The rest of the staff and attorneys were extremely ill-mannered and didn’t say as much as a hello when I passed all their offices/desks to go to the bathroom. I wasn’t offered water either.

I always heard the phrase “Employers don’t care about you.” I never considered that to be true until that day. Imagine traveling 40 mins to be early for an interview then having to sit in awkward silence thirsty for half an hour. Eventually, I left.
