These guys did amazing job on our case. But they are also very direct and sometimes people can see it as rudeness. But the thing is, that they are just trying to do what’s best! And it usually includes lots of honesty. Sure you expect your lawyers to be cute and caring. But let’s be frank here. A judge won’t be nice and cute, a prosecutor won’t give a damn about being nice to you! These guys are also quite busy! So they will prepare you, instruct you and work with you! But they won’t waste time on pointless chats and calls. And don’t forget, most of your case result depends on how well you prepare and work on it! First of all thank you so much for everything you’ve done so professionally for me and my husband.
I’d like to share with everyone who’s looking for a help for PROPER immigration process, these are the right people to ask for it. Vladislav and his team are pretty much life savers.
I had my second interview for a 10 years green card and happened that the officer did not believe to me and my husband that we are actually married for real. Well, happens I guess.
She gave us a very hard time. 20 days to get out from the country or reapply/appeal. Of course it means a lots of papers again in a very short period of time. Plus we got the letter very late, so I only had about 15 days or so.
So all I did is went to Vladislav office and said I need help. They did everything, they were controlling the process like it was their own green card on point. In a few months I got my 10 years green card approved. As Vladislav promised.

Honestly I doubt if all these positive reviews are real. I was Vlad Sirota's client 8 years ago. He took my money, messed up my case and didn't even show up at the court. Very unprofessional lawyer, and dishonest and immoral man. Later I met dozens of people in Brooklyn who were the victims of his negligence. My advice - do not go to him. I think he is more concerned about advertising his services to get more client thus to make more money. He won't care about you. Stay away!
