After signing documents with the firm it is hard to hear back from them - no response to multiple calls, voice messages, and emails. Attorneys are always away/in vacation/their computer doesn't work or God knows what else. When I asked Yuriy personally to make sure I'll be regularly updated about my case status, at least by returning my calls, he said "Why do you need to know your case's status anyway?"

The settlement took 2 years and in that time I didn’t hear a single word from these attorneys. I came to sign a few documents today for release and they didn’t explain anything to me of what happened with the case or what the documents meant and they left me at the reception area the whole time. This law firm should hire staff with interpersonal skills. Had a very unpleasant experience interacting with a staff member by the name of Christina. Maybe the law firm itself is great, someone might not even get far enough to figure that part out due to the receptionist you put to answer phone calls. If you're having a bad day , keep that negativity outside of your work shift girl.

The worst law firm ever. My lawyer changed about 3 times because their lawyers kept quitting and/or were fired. Whenever there was an update to my case, I called them to get the update, they would never reach out to me. Someone ran a red light and hit me but somehow I ended up more in debt than I was before the accident. One of their lawyers or whoever he was Steve, instructed me to take a loan for a surgery. The loan was $6k. I ended up paying back $25k for the loan (they obviously work with the loan company and send business their way). I trusted them thinking they would guide me in the right direction. Another lawyer told me they should have instructed me to use my health insurance. The day before my trial I was met with a new lawyer, the day before my trial! That lawyer was great (he quit right after my case). I won a settlement only to have the judge override it. I was told 2 months after the fact that the judge denied it. They could have appealed it within 30 days but decided to wait 2 months to tell me further screwing me. Karma will do its job.

God bless this office. My mother got a great compensation and kept all of her benefits!

Professional atmosphere!

This law firm appears professional. A few things happen, the staff is mainly Russian and aggressive in nature. Also, below after I wrote this review, the office manager, Irene Raskin claims I had a criminal record. Well, how did I work for them for 4 months. Aren't you suppose to check your employees. It turns out, I certainly do not have a criminal record and a friend of theres who happens to be also Russian is online for criminal activity and was arrested by the Attorney General's office for fraudulently using doctor's names, a major mess. They hired me and I had to reject the job when I found the online article. The hawk I was talking about was not her!!! In fact, I had to put one of the staff members in her place. She was the culprit. Then the hawk came to my work area asking why I had a park's dept. website in my computer. The Hawk spends too much time watching employees on the camera. Doesn't trust their employees. No respect for employees rights. Many employees are hired and in less than a few weeks fired!!! I lasted 4 months because the Hawk could not find an excuse to fire me. I was on time every single day. Never, ever late or absent. All my work was done on time and with excellent followup skills. The office smelled like cat piss and had plenty of mice droppings. I had to buy Room Fresheners. If you want to work being watched every second and in a smelly place, this is the office for you!!!

I started working for Mr Prakhin in the spring of 2018 since then I have gained greater knowledge of the Personal Injury Law. I have made numerous friends and love working in a professional environment with an amazing team. I saw the review Olga Piedra posted and it is completely uncalled for and ridiculous. She is one of the most unpleasant individuals I have ever worked with. She is argumentative and condescending and thinks she knows it all. On more then one occasion she has started arguments and fights with her coworkers. She is unprofessional and rude. Glad she is no longer in this firm. I wish her the best in all her endeavors and hope she grows up and acts her age in the work place.

I came to this office more than five years ago as a client with the case no other attorney wanted to take. Surprisingly, Yuriy took my case. Even more to my surprise was the result, the case was settled for six figures. I was simply shocked. After that I started to work in this office. Since then all my friends ,family members and hundreds of other people came to the office and then left with the same great feelings because the results were astonished including numerous multimillion dollars verdicts published in the press.
I saw the review of one of our former “employees” who worked in the office for couple of months. I am the “hawk” she mentioned. Her name is Olga Piedra. First, this lady came for an interview and concealed her criminal records, then since day one she started her “ hard work “ by playing with two cell phones and surfing the internet. Very soon the attorneys recognized her low qualification and she was fired. As soon as she left all the bad smell, she mentioned in her review, disappeared.
This office really delivers great results because the staff consist of reliable, hard working professionals and because we do not keep in such an “employee” as Olga Pedra.
