I got to know Desmond in 2010 when my immigration issue run into a roadblock. I was introduced to his firm by a friend whom he had helped secure a permanent residence status. My previous application was about to be denied due to problems with my ex-wife. I contacted Desmond on this issue and explained the details to him. He quickly took up the case and filed a petition (I 360) on my behalf. This petition was approved after a couple of months and I was scheduled for an interview in December 2010. The interview went well and the officer confirmed everything was fine and that we shall hear from them. Unfortunately we didn't hear from them for months so we started enquiring about the status of the case. The response to every enquiry was that the case is under supervisor's review for 10 years. We didn't give up but kept on praying and hoping and on July 11 2018 my adjustment of status application was approved.
Desmond is a very good immigration attorney and I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who might need an immigration attorney in the future.
