No ticket for victory... I'm use wint app. Maybe you think cheap... But if you don't like this price, don't accept the ticket on wint app.. Because you don't like it, we pay a lot of insurance fees and we'll even be suspended.

Very bad lawer !!! I gave them 3/4 tickets of mine most of them was found guilty. Very bad costumer service. Whoever works in the office is very irresponsible. They never got back to me on time. Every time my license got suspended that’s when I figured out of ticket had a hearing already. I wish they had a 0 star option I was gonna give them that. Compare to other lawer they takes lot extra money. I referred 2 more persons here they are also disappointed. Please stay away from this lawer if u need a decent hospitality. I could’ve wrote 1 more page of facts about them but they don’t worth it.

I am in the middle of fighting a ticket with this office and although the ticket is still in process, I am really happy the way they are dealing, Great service and very responsible.

so. It's a very frustrating ..I gave them 5 tickets... I paid for the lawyer's fee, and my license was revoked within 3 years... No ticket won, no time extended. They're not working! Remember. If you're a TLC driver, don't go in this door... You're as depressed as I am!

I had 3 ticket in 2017. Two ticket was successfully dissmiss i appreciate for that.bt the prblm is the last ticket which hearing date was jan 2020. They kept postponing the court date and never let me know. Court found me guilty and I didn't get any notification from them. They didn't even bother calling me and letting me know about it. I'm not even sure they are actually took care of it.then my license got suspended i paid extra fine.i use to trust them lot bt im no more trust them anymore.also i never suggested my family person and friends to go this place.

Gave them 5 tickets general tickets and all of them found guilty even the most general tickets for windows tints. I paid them $400 dollars and it was for nothing it was better for me to fight the tickets my self. I got 4 points plus $560 almost $1000 wasted. Dont even bother calling them they just want your money.

Unfortunately I have the worst experience. I had a speed ticket from 2017. I paid their fee in advance in 2017 and I never heard back from them. Also for another ticket i had 7 months ago, I wanted to hire them before all of this things happened, they are asked $850 for 3 point ticket. I found another lawyer and hired them for $200 and case dismissed with them.

So before hire them I would suggest everybody to look for an alternatives.

If you have tried to fight a ticket through winit and this lawyer happens to represent. Dont take your chances. Because almost likely you wont win the time summons. This is all set up, they probably go in with 10 different tickets and split the win/lose. Guess what because you wasn't there to represent yourself almost you will be one to be found guilty no matter what prove you have provided. Dont trust winit app or this attorney to represent you. Do it yourself if anything you have a better luck.

GUILTY !! No help what so ever. No communication. Cost me 650 for 2 bogus tickets. Lawyer never even reached out to let me know I was Guilty. Received letters from the DMV letting me know I was guilty five days after my hearing. The least they could have done was reach out and let me know.

I have horrible experience with Mr Bondy office. This office choose to change hearing date if my ticket without notifying me. Than, i got email, stating that if i don't pay $40 bond within 24 hours, my license can be suspended. By the way, this happend on friday, 1 hour before dmv office closes. I was at work. I had to leave my work, spend money on uber to rush into dmv office to deal with bond. I am lucky I was in the country, if not my license would be suspended by the time i am back. I submitted request for the company representative to contact me. I just spoke with rude indian girl, which did not apologize for that inconvenience, did not even offer to cover expenses for uber, because this was not my false, did not even try to understand why i am upset. All she said, my credit card was not updated on file. But how can i be ready for payment if i have no idea that i need to pay and i did not even agree on changing of hearing date?? I am extremely upset. Will never use them again.

UPDATE: Dear company, I am very happy not to have any tickets experience and this is first one. How i supposed to know that my credit card has to be updated?? If you gonna say google it, than i can say that it's exactly what i gonna do next time. I will google how to fight ticket myself, since i paid for help which was not help at all. Thank you so much for almost losing my license by such unprofessional work. And don't blame 3rd party, if you work with them, You have to make sure that everything is smooth. I forgot that I used winit to fight this ticket, it was over two years ago and slipped my mind, I showed up to court and had planned pleading my own case but to my surprise Craig showed up, it was a red light ticket and he won it, I was definitely impressed and decided to hire him for another ticket I have for speeding, I really hope he wins this one as well.

I got this Lawyer Thru Winit Application on the smartphones. This lawyer never contacted me and never asked me how it is supposed to be not guilty. The ticket was rescheduled once and it was not a good pleasure having him as a lawyer to fight such a simple ticket. This ticket was given for "Driving On Sidewalk". Attorney Gina Delustro got my 6 pt speeding ticket given by a highway officer dismissed . I used her because when I was in court I saw her getting 2 tickets dismissed by the way she argued the cases. The cost is also reasonable. If she represents you you don't need to take off from work.

I had a disobeying traffic device bogus ticket which was not supposed to be found guilty at least if he was a okey lawyer. Never again. Don’t waste your time and money. Doesn’t worth it. Paid this office $400 to fight a regular speeding ticket, 3 years later received an email stating the outcome was guilty and I owed the $198 fine. Understand it’s up to the judge, however there was zero communication from Bondy’s office until they emailed me to pay the DMV fine. So in totality, I paid $598 for a speeding ticket on the LIE for going 74 mph. Don’t waste your money. Also, the response below was never explained to me before I posted a review. I emailed and asked for a response and received nothing. The issue here is the lack of communication.

On 04/04/19 our office appeared in the Traffic Court located in the Department of Motor Vehicles on your behalf for the following #XXXXXXXX (SPEED IN ZONE 11-30) We regret to have to inform you that we have returned a verdict of GUILTY for your traffic violations. You have received a fine of $163.00 for your summons. You must pay your fine(s) before 05/02/19. You will be receiving a notice from the DMV with your fine amount and where to send the payment.
