I don’t post many reviews online, but I wanted to share my experience with Kramer & Pollack. I cut my arm severely on a piece a jagged metal that was sticking out of the wall at a storage facility. I was fortunate because a friend of mine recommended that I call Kramer & Pollack. I learned that they did not advertise and all their clients came from word of mouth recommendations. I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable they were, how they treated me as a client and how they kept me informed every step of the way. I did not feel like just another client. They secured a fantastic settlement and resolved my case quickly. I would tell anyone looking for a personal injury attorney to look no further.

Kramer & Pollack are a professional and reliable law firm that I feel treat everyone as if they were handling cases for their own family. A few years ago, I was involved in a golf cart accident in the parking lot of a golf course that is no longer in existence. At the time, I had broken several small bones in my left hand which required specialized hand surgery. After the surgery, I required occupation hand therapy which lasted the better part of 6 months before my hand was back to normal.
At the time I consulted with Mr. Kramer, I didn't ask him to file for losses or compensation, which I'm sure we could have won had we sued. The only compensation I wanted was for the golf course to reverse their position on my liability for the golf carts damages that were in excess of $2,000. I wanted to put this accident behind me.
My insurance covered all of my medical expenses and I just didn't feel I should have to pay for damages to a cart where the golf course had plenty of fault due to inadequate signs and location of their driving range. This situation placed golfers at risk while having to drive through an active parking lot.
Mr. Kramer, after several discussions with the opposing insurance company, successfully negotiated the dismissal of any liability on my part. Mr. Kramer did all of this without requiring much, if any, of my time. Mr. Kramer really put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. I feel confident referring Kramer and Pollack to anyone requiring their services. A victory for me and I’m sure they’ll fight the same for you and whatever your case may be.
