Run away from this attorney!
I was referred from the ComPsych corporation to this attorney for consultation. Consultation is covered by my employee legal plan. I had a question about the immigration visa "EB1".
The receptionist told me that the attorney handles green cards only. I responded that my cases is exactly about the green card. Receptionist (I assume she is not an attorney) in a very rude, and non professional tone interrupted me and insisted that my case is not about green card.
Finally she hanged up.
If they cannot be professional about the basics of the law basics, I am afraid what happens with their clients in the court room.

Do not pay this attorney in full unless she finalize and returns all needed signed and stamped legal documents from appointed county clerk and judge. I paid in full and now the attorney is ignoring my communication regarding my divorce documents. Causing me hardship and stress.

Aglaia is a scammer. I had a domestic violence case which was covered by my company legal service and a custody case which I agreed to pay out of pocket. I paid the retainer of $1500 (via credit card thank goodness). When I received my final bill I was billed for several domestic violence items. When I pointed out the issues with my bill Agalia refused to speak to me and instead told me my bill was paid in full. Keeping my deposit! I eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. The judges do not respect this firm and they are scammers!

Update - yes you are correct i did eventually pay even after Hyatt paid you. No worries, I was in the hospital with my beautiful daughter when I was asked for supporting documents and due to my location I couldn't provide it. But I will be contacting Hyatt and Visa. I wish you and your business the best. The only cases you win are credit card disputes because the client was in the hospital with her beautiful sick child again - this time for over 20 days.

Terrible customer service! I don't think the attorney is technology savvy. She refused to use email for communication (I travel frequently) and got upset that she could not reach me over the phone. She told me that "I cannot do this. if I cannot reach you over the phone you should just find somebody else". And guess what, I did.
