I spoke to Daniel and then subsequently Cathy who I can add always answer the phone, return calls and are a pleasure to deal with in a world which without help is incredibly difficult.
They explained what needed to be done and when issues arose I would give them a call and the situation would be dealt with. In just over 2 years of dealing with Cathy I haven't had to repeat a request as she is on top of things at all times along with their always helpful staff.
They reached an out of court settlement without the need for a time consuming trial and closed the case.

In December of 2015, while stopped and straddling my bicycle in a designated bike path in Manhattan, I was knocked off my bike by a forty-foot tractor-trailer. My right foot, lying on top of the bike frame, was then run over by the truck’s double set of rear wheels. I was taken to the closest hospital and treated for five days where they tried to save my foot. During that period I Googled various combinations of “bicycle”, “accident” and “attorney” and was fortunate to find Daniel. Daniel visited my wife and me during the three days I was at home before going to a different hospital, where my doctors are affiliated, and undergoing a partial amputation of my right foot. When he became our attorney he told us that the litigation would take two to three years. The case was finally settled in July of 2018 for an amount that was within our acceptable range. At all stages of this case (doctors visits, depositions, mediation, etc.), Daniel was always there for us, and we were always kept up-to-date on everything. The support staff in his office were always available and helpful.
