I am excited to have the opportunity to talk to you about my long time friend and colleague Troy A. Smith. I first met Troy approximately 9 years ago when we were both prosecutors in the District Attorney's Office of Bronx County. Even then Troy distinguished himself as a fearless trial attorney.
