Happy with the service.

This is the worst law firm. They keep beating around the bush, do not do any work. My case has been pending with them for a long time. they say they will sent it out to the USCIS next week. but that time never comes for them. They charged us 2000$, they keep saying they are busy, they will work on it and but never do. I would highly recommend to file a case against them for being soo unprofessional

I was in the Ozone Park office. Mr. Gehi got my green card for me after a complicated process. All the staff is amazing.

They give you the run around. Never return your call and you have to go in to the office if you want questions answered. Have a case since since 2013/2014 and they never do noting on their own. You call they either see your # on the caller ID and ignore you. Very unprofessional.

Got advice regarding my immigration matter. Was very happy with the answer and I was not charged for it. The person was very polite and helpful.

About a week ago my O1 artist visa case was approved by the USCIS and yesterday I went to pick up my approval notice. Before coming to Gehi & Associates, a different law office handled my case.

The previous law office I hired to do my case were able to get me the approval however it was half baked. Upon receiving my approval notice in the mail, I read it and I was confused because of something that was written on the letter. I wasn't sure how to feel. I should be happy because I got approved. But I wasn't happy, it felt like a curse.

I didn't know what to do or who to turn to. I felt devastated. I tried to talk to the previous law office about it to make the corrections but after speaking to the principal attorney handling my case in person, he wasn't cooperative and refused to do it. Because of this, I looked for a different attorney who can possibly help me with my case and make the corrections needed and I found Gehi & Associates.

When I went to Gehi & Associates, I met with Atty. Gehi. He is an expert, the best in his field, he was very patient answering my questions and is very reliable. I told him about my case, what happened, etc. He told me that he will take my case and that he is confident that he will be able to help get my approval, this time fully baked. He assigned me Sree, my case handler at his office in Ozone Park. Working with her, she was very patient answering all my questions - be it email or phone calls. I was very stressed about my case and she was very understanding and a good listener too. She understands why I was feeling the way I was feeling when we were in the process of gathering the materials needed. She is also very intelligent and does her research extensively and explained things to me in detail as we progressed with my case.

It was a pleasure working with Atty. Gehi, Sree, and the rest of his team. Please stay away from Naresh Gehi its a complete waste of time. He is completely unprofessional. He brags, and does nothing. The guy is a compete lunatic. He loves to take people money, and not do the work, mess up the entire case, pockets his money, and leaves his clients hanging. He is always fixing his hair throughout the meeting, and (picking up phone calls while you are paying him for his consultation)
Reality check, he should just stop thinking he still has a full head of hair, and focus on the meeting rather then try to keep fixing his hair to cover his insecurity and bald spots.

I’m very happy and satisfied with Mr. Gehi and his workers. He worked on my case and was very clear in the procedure. He gave his best on my case and I am so grateful to him and his staff. I recommend Gehi and associates to anyone looking for an honest and good law firm!

Beware !!! There is no free consulting, don't waste your time. All just marketing, when you call for free consulting as shown on video they will ask for $150 for consulting. Many time they will not pickup your call. All employee on the company are just rude and not willing to do any business. Don't waste time with them.
