Mr siddiqi represented me in a landlord tenant case and the case went to trial. Mr siddiqi really impressed with his way of breaking apart the tenant’s defenses. I got my house back and the service and experience was flawless. I was given all of the information I needed throughout the case and I knew exactly what to expect at all times. Mr siddiqi gave me his cell number to text him for emergencies which I needed to one rime on a Sunday, and he immediately got back to me. His fees were on par with other attorneys i interviewed, but looking back, it was a bargain for the wonderful lawyer I got.

All these positive reviews must’ve been paid because non of those sound like the naveed i wasted 9 months with. He’s just terrible. I hired him for a holdover eviction. Paid him his hefty charge upfront he assured me he will get this done asap and it took him nearly a month to send the first notice. It took him 5 months to get me first court date. Then on inquest he brought the wrong index number. Filed motion took him another month an half. On the 2nd inquest, judge dismissed the case because he did not write the notices properly. Dragged my case for months. I had to restart all over because of him. He wouldn’t reply to emails for days to weeks, wont follow up, showed up to court late every time. Ghosted me few times within that period and all the messages i left to his assistant must’ve never gotten to him or he ignored those. His office is appointment only so if he decides to ignore you have no way of getting any information. Find a better attorney to work with.

Wow! I am a commercial landlord and I went through 3 lawyers before I found naveed. What a breath of fresh air! He takes his time with you and is passionate about getting results. Mr Siddiqi is the best tenant landlord lawyer ever, I was out of state and mr Siddiqi helped my wife Marleny get paid from the worst tenants that are professional deadbeats. This lawyer offered a service and asked for his retainer fee to be paid in advance. He also advised me not to pay rent (due to overcharge & fraud by my landlord) however I waited for over a month & repeatedly asked to proceed; he never filed the case he was hired for and refused to communicate.

Initial agreement: 10/25/2016 AFTER I told him the landlord had been trying to serve me with court documents for which he agreed to resolve & file my case. (for that matter: when I learned my court date, only after I persisted to call in panic: he referred another attorney who actually was reliable & showed up to my court date)

Update: I got an untruthful yet IMMIDIATE response after leaving a negative review, I would've appreciated it in the time of need.
