This guy worked with a broker to sue me. Luckily for me I went to the library and read some books about how to handle your own court case. In that book there were clearly defined actions that were warned that lawyers with poor moral principles might take against some like myself.

He definitely tried to intimidate me, but I knew what was going on. I had a clear case with the paperwork to prove my side of the story. I would have been much more receptive if he had been honest and tried to work out a settlement. This guy tried to con me out of the settlement at the end saying I had to pay his legal fees. I laughed and hung up the phone. He called me back 2 seconds later and gave me everything I asked for.

I really hope this guy decides to be more honest with not only the people that he sues, but the people that he works before, because whoever hired him? They got totally ripped off.
