I was in a car accident in June of 2016, I was on my way to the beach to meet with friends, I was driving eastbound, there's stop signs on North and Southbound, the street I was on did not have a stop sign, and I saw a car coming towards me but he's going the other direction, he stop to turn left, so I went on because there's no stop sign on the street I was on, but the driver decided to turn left right in front of me and hit the driver side fender, busted frame, side mirror, a bag deployed, my car was totaled, I had cuts on my face, sprained wrist, neck pain, back pain, the next day my face was purple and blue. My husband was on a motorcycle and hit by a reckless driver last September. Very very lucky to alive but with five broken ribs and neck injury, he could not move, carry things and laugh... it was awful.

Frekhtman & Associates represented me following a car vs. bicycle collision. The short of it is that driver misconduct resulted in my upper jaw being fractured and displaced. My center front teeth were lost, and the surrounding teeth were damaged. My recovery entailed extensive dental work including wiring to set the bone and multiple root canals. There was also vascular and nerve injury to my dominant hand. While my hand recovered full functionality following extensive physical therapy, my mouth was permanently disfigured.
