My experience with Scott could not have been better. I brought my situation to him as well as a boatload of anxiety. He requested I bring a list of information and waited patiently for me as I gathered all that he asked for.
Scott informed me of what my situation was considered to be "legally" as well as the rights that exist for me and others in similar situations. He explained the options that I could consider should likely persue. He gave all of his time that I seemed to need until I was comfortable that I had a clear focus on our goals. My fears and anxiety seemed to immediately lessened during our first meeting and then again with every meeting and occasional call to his office.
I've never met a more professional, capable, respectful (and perhaps equally important: "caring" staff -- of any office, of any type of profession).
Scott's assistance did not end after our court date. The "appearance"
where all is presented at court was a little intimidating but I knew
my interest were in good hands and my attorney was clearly diligent
and thorough. Interestingly, after the case was"considered and "decided" by the judge, (very fairly and essentially with all terms in my
favor as much as could be anticipated), I received a call from Scott the very next day that the "case" ended even a bit "better" than stated
during the appearance.
