I’ve received solicitations from this firm over at least 3 years. I finally called to discuss their services. Completely agreed with other reviews - “rude at best!”. Debbie was completely rude and not showing any attempts to gain your business. It’s shocking that I felt she was bothered by my responding to their solicitation. If this is the way they speak to prospective clients, I wonder how they would treat you once you become one. When I suggested her tone of voice was not very inviting, her reply “well, this is the way I speak.”

Don't waste your time ! they take forever to reply to your emails and phone calls, they send out tax appeal solicitation letters and don't have the staff to handle the new clients, very poorly run business

Rob and Esposito are 2 of the best tax appeal attorneys in NJ. Rates are fair and they have a good success record.
Responded to tax appeal. Staff at firm is rude at best. They do not answer phone calls nor emails. At all. Hacks.

I contacted them by phone regarding 2 properties for tax appeal ,wit out any questions they took the case, even though I said to them , I spoke to another lawyer, the lawyer said don’t appeal because you have paid more then they have assessed you for!! you have no case . Even though i explained to them they said we can help you , they took my cc number and charged me the fees for both properties.
When it was time for court day they called me and said that we are going to pull my case!!!! Because You have no case . I said to them I have explained this to you before!! Regardless of what I explained to you you went ahead and charge me the fees . Now I don’t know if they have really applied to the town or not but they did charge me . And I lost money very stupid way.
I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

We responded to a tax appeal letter from the firm, retained it and were just informed that our taxes could increase if they attend the appeal hearing next month because the property is renovated. The property still needs numerous repairs and renovations. Further, it is already assessed at the amount the firm mentioned it could be increased to. We regret appealing this matter.
