We experienced a lot of hiccups with the purchase of our home that was originally a short sale, was purchased through a sheriff sale, and then ultimately sold to us - THANKFULLY. Had no understanding of what was going on but Andy and Dori did a phenomenal job breaking down everything into simple terms that make it easy to comprehend. They were patient with me and the thousand questions that came throughout every step in this process - making sure we were updated with what was going on. Not once did I ever feel like I was left in the dark with what was going on during the process.
