To say the least Redwood Funding Group is absolutely amazing! The accident that I was involved in earlier this year has turned my entire world upside down. In addition to the physical pain, I lost my car, my job, my apartment, and had to relocate to an entirely different state where my family is for help. Redwood also had the best rates that i found. It's a very simple and fast application process so long as you have cooperation with your attorney. As soon as your attorney forwards Jeff what he needs and you are approved you can have money within hours. Should there be any delays it would most likely be on your attorneys end, so keep on them!

In researching legal funding firms, I came across Redwood Funding Group. I called before applying and the man that took my call was very quick to tell me to check the website for the interest rate schedule & compare to other firms before applying, which I did. Redwood Funding does actually have the lowest and most straightforward rate schedule with no compound interest that I found after I researched.

I applied and approximately 1 hour after I applied I received the following email reply verbatim from Jeffrey A. Rubin regarding my application: "pass but good luck". I absolutely didnt understand what that meant and why. I asked via email reply for clarification on his short, unpunctuated response. It wasnt until that point that he informed me, "We are not funding slip and fall cases." (which I find odd).

In the future, it would be helpful to those that need to apply for funding to be made aware on the website and/or reaching out via phone inquiry that Redwood Funding Group is not funding slip and fall cases. This way people can bypass submitting thier personal information and prevent wasting time with the application process. I hope my info isn't used for spam in the next coming days.

Also, as a matter of professionalism, I found the slang + short, unpunctuated impersonal responses when giving decisions on legal funding applications quite off-putting. I didn't know what "pass but good luck" even meant in the context of responding to a decision on legal funding. I've never heard or seen such terminology used from my attorney or any supposed legal professional for that matter. Redwood Funding Group may have the lowest interest rates but lacks professional communication + transperency in the types of cases that they choose to fund (or not fund).

This is a legitimate company. They don't scam you or overloan. They are fair. I was unemployed for a couple of months, with a lot of Dr appointments and pain. I really needed the $1,200.00. Car accidents cause a lot of scary financial situations as well all of the physical pain. Rent still has to be paid and the groceries have to come from somewhere. I don't normally write a bad review but this is just outrageous. I recently was told about lawsuit fundings so I gave it a try.. I've enquire before but the other place just are lack of communication and I've came across this company.. I've read great reviews and called them. Contacted my attorney's law firm and sent the information they needed.. I called them back to see if they got the information and they told me they're not funding me because of the police report.. the police report stated nothing but our statement on how the accident happen. They said there was a problem with that? Exactly what's the problem with the police report when the defendant's insurance practically declared that she is at fault and paid for the damages in the car? Ridiculous.
