I wa represented by Mr. Shelton himself for a speeding ticket I recieved in Yonkers, NY. I was definitely expecting to receive points on my license. I was doing 86mph in a 55mph. 26mph over the posted limit. Not only did Mr. Shelton get the ticket reduced, he was able to avoid me receiving over $600.00 dollars in fines, and avoided me getting points on my license for this offense. Also it will not show on my driver's record. I highly recommend Mr. Shelton service as it is efficient and affordable. Thanks Shelton Law Firm for the help!!!!!

Lee Shelton is great. He is extremely knowledgeable and he really takes the time to explain and educate. He has helped me several time with success (2 speed limits and successfully reducing the number of points I should have lost and the fines to pay !). Lastly , he saved my driving license over "Passing on the Left " two times and "Excessive Speed" on Mamaroneck Avenue ; cost : 9 points and a huge fine. I recently received a speeding ticket in NY and since this was my first time, I was kind of clueless. I searched for attorneys to file a guilty plea for me to reduce the points and fines and The Shelton Law Firm had great reviews so I decided to try them out. Lee Shelton gave me all the background regarding the fines, points and insurance before even charging, gave me a realistic estimate about what could be done and in general just speaking to him gave me a sense that he will manage the situation. I hired him as my attorney for the ticket and he did everything for me, I called him once to explain the situation, he took the necessary documents from me through email and within the month reduced my points and my fines. I didn't have to do anything at all. On top of that, his fees are refundable if he wasn't successful in bringing down points/fines. I highly recommend Mr. Shelton and I personally will go back to him if I have to, I hope I don't though haha.

Just don't wait till the last minute to call him (I called like 3 weeks before, my court date. But it was when I received my notice.

As a NJ driver facing a 6 point speeding ticket in NY, I actually just thought about pleading guilty and mailing the ticket in to be done with it. I didn't want the stress of a court date and the hassle of finding a lawyer. A little Googling and I found The Shelton Law firm's website. After reading the info there about the consequences of pleading guilty to that ticket, I was convinced that I would be much better off at least reaching out and knowing my options.
