Sam was great to work with, very responsive to all my calls and emails. She also was great the day of closing for my house. The only negative thing i have to say is that the lawyer showed up about 1.5 hours late to my closing even though he said he would only be a few minutes late... Sam comped us some money back because of this inconvenience so that is why I am sticking to the 5 star review.
