Mr. Semko did a excellent job. I hired him for an expungement which was granted and approved from the court. Mr. Semko always returned my calls and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. Got a ticket back in May of 2019. Paid Jeff to take care of it for me in May as well. I received a letter in December from the bmv apparently the bmv never received a payment and told me I had to go to the Hammond court house and talk to them. Went to the court house and showed them my receipt showing I paid the ticket. They told me I needed to get ahold of Jeff it was something on his end. Long story short Jeff was able to get my license back being valid. Had tickets in the past never had a problem til this one I got back in May, hopefully I don't have this problem again in the future.

I have had a very bad experience, In the beginning of the conversation everything was smooth until I asked to get everything we have talked about through a written email, Objections started coming up and they wanted to charge me extra because that is out of their work practices. I have agreed to pay more just to get an email that verifies everything the firm is saying. I waited for the email for 2 business days and I have not gotten nothing. And meanwhile waiting I called in to remind them to send me the email and they mention that they will send it in shortly ( Never got it ). Afterwards I figured if this is how it is going to be and we have not started yet how is it going to be down the road?. So I called and I got no response so I left a voicemail mentioning " I was wondering if you are still interested in working my case, I just wanted to receive the email to process the payment and we go from there " ( which I believe it is a client right to secure his rights ). anyway, coupe of hours later I receive a phone call and he was saying ( you left a voice mail right?, well Im NOT interested in your case no more ) then he hangs up.

I have always dealt with C level executives and such, but I have never seen an unprofessional treatment from a law firm before, and it seems very sketchy as well.

Be careful out there, I recommend you doing your research before going with any law firm.
