i was looking for a lawyer, i found mr goldman, he had good reviews, so i decided i have nothing to loose, so i used him, i got a seat belt ticket for my son having it on improperly , and speeding on a 65 mile zone on 82 miles a hour, both tickets on the same time from the same police officer , i was sure its a lost case, today i got a email from ben , The seat belt ticket was dismissed. No points and no fine. The 4 point speeding ticket was reduced to a parking ticket - VTL 1202b2 - "Parked Near a Fire Hydrant". i was so shocked when read it, i hope that i don't have to use a lawyer again , but if i should have to i would definitely use him again. he delivered better then expected

Well, where shall I start? I was unfortunate enough to get a major speeding ticket this past summer while leaving the town of Hancock. I was actually concerned that there were no bad reviews for Benjamin Goldman Law Office. Now that I had my 4 point speeding ticket reduced to an "Opening Door Unsafely" that carries no points I realize there was no need to worry. They were very prompt with communication and made the whole process very simple.

My son got a speeding ticket for going 82 mph in a 55 mph zone while returning home (to Long Island, NY) after visiting a friend in Rochester. At first, I was trying to stay out of it - because although my son is a sensible and kind young man - I thought it was important that he deal with the natural consequences of his decision to speed on the highway. The night before he was to report for the pre-trial hearing, he informed me that he was somewhat nervous about going to court. Subsequently, I became very anxious. I got two speeding tickets, three days apart, going to and back from Upstate, NY, both of them were in two towns close to each other. Obviously, It was not my luckiest week.
