This law firm handed our short sale off to a younger lawyer. He did only what was asked of him and did nothing to guide us through the process. We ultimately changed to another firm. I would not recommend this firm to anyone who has a short sale or foreclosure.

We bought our condo two years ago and at the time I had a ton of questions regarding the market and financial/real estate options. Hawbecker and Garver were able to help me understand my options and benefits, but most of all they made the process easy. While very personable, they are also very knowledgeable.
