Mr. Martinez also dealt with an issue with the electrical clause in Berwyn city inspection rules that allowed me to get "grandfathered in." His staff was friendly and efficient. He also explained the property tax exemptions and regulations. I highly recommend him. The closing was flawless and fast. I have purchased five other homes, and he was the best attorney with whom I had the pleasure to work.
