I could not be happier with the services provided. Brian Cunha is amazing. While walking home from school my son was hit by a car. I have been to other attorneys and Attorney Cunha was the best. He answered my questions and he and his staff let me know what was happening with the case. He was caring and more attentive to our needs than anyone else we have seen. In 1990 , I was Driving a company vehicle when I was hit in the back by a Drunken driver while I was sitting at a stop sign. The driver was Arrested on the spot and was taken to the providence police station. I was taken out of the Vehicle and rushed by rescue to the hospital. I hired my fathers lawer thinking that I would not have anything to worrie about . I was put on workmen compensation. As time went on , my Doctor sent me for a M.R.I. Because My pain in my back was massive . The M.R.I. Showed a bulge Disc L5S1. My Doctor put cortisone shots in my back in L5S1 at the Hospital . The case started to become very Difficult because the Lawer did not have the experience to deal with this type of case. Workmen Compensation and the Insurance Company became very hard to deal with . The Insurance Company stop my checks and was not paying for my Doctors visits and Hosiptal Bills and my medication. I became VERY ANGRY because I could never get in contact with my Lawer. We met the JUDGE . To make a long story short . The JUDGE VOTED in my favor so I can have the Surgery and pay all payment Retroactive from January To August , For all check to be paid in full . Nelia said to me, Give the Insurance Company more time . A whole month went by and no checks. So Nelia and I went back to Court with the Insurance Company and told the JUDGE that we did not received the check . The JUDGE told the Insurance Company, you have 7 days to pay and after 7 days you will pay 21 percent % every day you are late. Nelia and I left the courtroom . In 3 Days I received the checks , Over night Express . Dr H did the Surgery at the Hospital. The Surgery lasted 7 hours . At the End, Nelia M. DeStefano. Thank you Brian for going to battle for me against the insurance company. What you said at the first meeting was exactly how much I got for my injuries. I am glad I didn't just give up.

A teenager rear ended me on Bedford Street in the stop and go traffic. I didn't think it was that big a deal even though my car's bumper had some damage and I got a jolt when she hit me. I did not have a problem getting the car repaired by over the course of the next day I developed a pain in my neck so bad that I was unable to sit at my computer all day and work! It did not get better and I was missing working and losing pay. The insurance company was no help so I went to two different attorneys who basically said they could do nothing for me.
