My name is Andrew Caradimos I had been in a total wreck in October of 2012. The commercial 18 wheeler that rear ended me nearly killed me and has left me with severe soft tissue injuries on my skull, neck, and mid back. From the minute I stepped in the door, I knew I had made the right decision to choose d'Oliveira & Associates to handle my daughter's case. My 13yr old was crossing the street in a crosswalk to go to a school dance when she was struck by an automobile. It's the phone call no parent wants to get! Both my Attorney, Robin Goveia and the paralegal, Maricza made us feel at ease. Everything was explained to my daughter, from what to expect in the coming months as far as medical services to be requesting and expecting, the process of what would be happening legally on her behalf, pictures and independent doctor exams, and then up to what to expect when we went to stand before the judge in court. This would be a little scary for some adults, but they helped her to feel confident and prepared for each phase of the process, which in turn made me feel much better in that I was doing the best I could to help her on her road to recovery and getting back to the life she had before that horrible evening.
Any time I had a question regarding bills and notices I was receiving or a quick question my daughter would have, they were never more than a phone call or email away. Everything was handled in a very timely manner, with both Attorney Gouveia and Maricza.
As far as the case itself I was genuinely surprised at how quickly everything was resolved. Sometimes you hear of cases like this going on for years and in R.'s case it only took around 15 months. There were roads and avenues to take which I hadn't even considered to make sure that her medical bills and compensation were taken care of. I feel that Attorney Gouveia did the absolute best she could do to make sure that R. got everything she deserved and we are thoroughly please with the outcome of her case.
