I was charged with failure to yield to avoiding an accident and with her past experience and knowledge, she was able to obtain all information and evidence in a timely matter to represent me. I highly recommend the Law Office of O’’Donnell and Nierman. I received an excessive speeding violation with a CDL. They explained extensively all my options over a free phone consultation. They were able to keep my drivers license free of any moving violations with only a minimal fine without ever having to appear in court.
