As I read through some of the reviews I notice there are some who are channeling their anger at the legal process through a review of an attorney. Some of them really struck a nerve. So I decided to chime in here. After going through the settlement process I have learned that no matter who you choose to represent you, it is going to be a aggravating and frustrating experience. It's just the way it is and these lawyers do their best to represent us within the parameters of the law. They navigate, what seems to me, a web of many different obstacles. From opposing attorneys, to IMEs, to court filings, to gathering evidence, and dealing with clients who understandably want quick straight forward answers when their are none. In the end their perseverance and hard work paid off for me. It was frustrating, and there were times along the way that I'm sure I was demanding answers that they just didn't have an answer to. I understand that it can make a person feel helpless. But do you want an attorney who cares about your feelings or one who cares about doing everything they can to give you the best representation possible, even if that means sometimes having to leave you temporarily frustrated or confused or both. Took sometime to find the right attorneys. These guys are as good as it comes from my experience. I recommend them completely. I'm sure there are many others out there that do good work also. But these guys are up there with the best.

We we're buying a house, and on top of not having any communication with the attorney and his paralegal, I had to research all the information myself( detailes of paperwork I need for a smooth transaction) Absolutely no consideration for my concerns( I was moving from a different state. The cherry on the cake was me finding out during actual closing that I have to invest another $3800 to replace the windows in our townhouse, that association requires, but I was unaware of, because my attorney didn't read the contract before he got to closing! He told me not to worry, because he covered his "rear end"- (I'm putting his quote lightly) and we can get out of the deal no problem, it obviously didn't occur to him, that at that point I moved out of my apartment, and had nowhere to live! You can't even imagine the stress and frustration I went through. They just seemed like they didn't care! Collected his fee nonetheless, no apologies! So beware, very low professional ethics!
