I had hired Leving services to help me see my daughter , which my ex -wife was making difficult for me. In this case, I pay 5000$ for leving services as well had an attorney from Leving helping my case . The bottom line is, don't hired Leving because they will rip you off and it's true, all they care is your money in your pockets ! Leving services are like bloodsuckers. Although I paid 5000$ these people were asking for more. In addition, I had to fired that bogus attorney because he wouldn't pick up the phone . The attorney I fired from Leving , wanted more money to pursue my case and finished my case. I was stuck with another 3000$ because of charges that bogus attorney made . So, please, don't pay the consultation that is 125$ nor signed any contract . Ideally, look for another lawyer that will not charged a lot what Leving charges .

Although I do strongly beleive these guys are the best of the best at what they do I also feel.they should stop aiming towards helping the average guy due to the fact that they set their rates at rich man income .. myself nor any other blue collar dad will ever be able to afford these services .. sad but true .. save yourself the consultation fees .. you cant afford the services.. wish we could but not happening

I scheduled a appointment to speak to someone about whether a child support agreement was a good idea, even though my ex and I get along fine and have a verbal agreement that has been working well for years. The same day I get a call back from the firm, that I missed. I returned the call, but the male who answered could not find out who called me. Then when I asked to do more research to find out, he began to speak very rudely. He began to speak to me as if I was bothering him.

I called back to complain about the service I got and his how this was not leaving me with high confidence in this firm, only to speak to the same rude male, who at this point dismissed me like they didn't need my business. His attitude was as if I was ordered by court and was a deadbeat dad. Someone called me after, but it is way too late at this point. Eh, I guess ill take my money elsewhere.

Its over!!! I have everything I asked for and more, and I will like to thank Jeffrey M. Leving and his associates Leslie poole and Eric hartig for making it happen. I have my daughter because of Leslie, he made it his priority and I can't thank him enough. I walked in afraid I wouldn't see my daughter, it was the most frightening time of my life and he was the light and clarity at the end of the tunnel. Wth the help of dishonest people and their willingness to tell great lies in order to help her ex. My daughter's son was taken away from her at 15 months of age in 7/2016. With this being said. We retained a lawyer who was not helping at all. We were going into an abyss with each court date. With no hope in sight, I called the Jeffery Levin office and made an appointment, . It was a cloudy, rainy and cold Saturday morning. We were not going to keep this appointment. We went anyway. We walked into the Office of Jeffery Levin, this is it! We had no hope left. We met with 2 attorneys: Austin Vanderveer was one of the attoneys that we spoke with. We explained to him that the lawyer that we retained was not helping and that we tried to fire him and was told by him that we could not. This lawyer put my daughter into a place that we could not foresee. It was horrible! I should add: We only had a few days before meeting this lawyer again in court. Could Austin help us?! Austin listened to what my daugher had to say intently. I could see by the look on his face that he could feel the desperation, pain and heartbreak that we were feeling. This firms commercials anger me every time they come on.... trying to take all self esteem from children without dads. Here's the deal. If your case is easy to win, they will put on their competent pants and act like your attorney (in which case any lawyer could have won it). If your case becomes difficult for them, i.e. if it is complicated, if the other side is strong, or if there is some flaw with your background or record, they will stop trying and just keep charging you until you fire them. Hence the mixed reviews on here. They like to win: but if they can't, they will not tell you they can't. They will milk you while you flounder until you leave.

What More can I say. I Trust him for Sound Advise and he's Always given it.

They tell you they are very interested in your case and Jeffery wanted to speak to us personally. Then morning of consultation they call and say the 250.00 consultation fee needs to be cash. Never saw Jeffery Leving. Another attorney was there to see us. I believe this was a bait and switch tactic. They ended up only referring us to another attorney in our own state. They knew we were 40 miles away in the next state. I feel they knew they would not get the case and just wanted the consultation fee, plus whatever referral fee they might get from the attorney they recommended in our state. I believe this law firm is a scam.

These guys cited the wrong law on our petition, ran through our retainer before even one hearing, asked for another retainer before even doing anything with our case, and resigned when we questioned our very high bill and said we could not afford to pay the second retainer. Now my husband's child has been taken by his ex, who never had her before, and she is imposing fines against him because of the errors Leving's office made in our case. My husband has not seen his daughter in weeks when he used to have her every day. I don't know why this law firm tried to screw us over so bad but now we are in debt and our custody case is no longer winnable. Please find a lawyer who does not advertise on a billboard and stay away from these guys. They will milk you dry no matter how much you are willing to spend to help your kids.

Jeffery M Leving is a great law firm who care about their clients and listen to what their clients want. My attorney Michael Ochoa is a caring person who knows the stress that is already involved in getting a divorce and going through custody battles, and he never adds to that stress, he actually helps reiieve the stress. Unfounded attacks against him provide a disincentive to him to continue fighting for fathers. I hope he never gives up, because dads need him.

I hired this firm after consulting with another firm regarding my custody case. I had just fired my previous attorney because he did absolutely nothing to help me and may have in fact hurt my case by dragging it out.
During the consultation it became evident that they really understood my goals and were most qualified to help. After the first court appearance I already felt like my case was making progress. I had Andrew A. Muchoney as my attorney. He was very nice. He helped me get custody of my son. Only took 3 months. I would recommend him to anyone.

I arrive on time 2 pm like always. The young lady atf the disk could not find my information and then had me to pay. Being very relunting and told her so I paid. Then I was put in a waiting room with now air flow or air condition for at least an hour. After physically over heating and no able to breath because of my COPD, I open the door found two young black ladies engaging some very negative conversations.
