He explained to me that the prosecutor in this municipality had a low tolerance for going over 17 without attending a driving class. Apparently it's illegal to exceed the speed limit while passing a slow vehicle on a two-lane highway, and a Platte County sheriff was more than happy to write me a ticket for the peak speed I reached. Called Brandon (who answered on his lunch break), emailed my ticket, paypal'd the money in two payments, and the ticket was taken care of within a month. Pleasant person to work with and I recommend his services.
