My husbands case has been with the attorney for a year and a half. I know it’s not a big case but it’s still important. Many times when we call trying to get information the office is very rude, telling us it’s not them it’s the other law firm they are waiting on. Or they just don’t respond. I have left 3 messages this week, 1 with the office manager and still have not gotten a call back. Don’t waste your time with this law firm. They don’t care about the small Cases.

Brown and Crouppen have been wonderful especially our senior paralegal Diane. She has sent presents for the birth of our grandchildren and sent presents to our 8 grandchildren just because... she doesn't leave our Family out, she understands that the family was very affected when my husband had his accident. She has always been easy to get a hold of, always friendly, always courteous, and always professional. She consistently answered our questions and if she did not know she found out asap. Our attorney Mark was attentive, professional, and friendly as well. If we ever have to endure such a life changing event again (cross your fingers no one ever has to) I honestly would be knocking on Diana's and Mark's door before the day was through!

My mom was injured while having sugery and she had these people for a lawyer they messed up her case she told me that they paid out her money to the doctors when it was her case even though she never lived in Jackson Co. But still she won the case and she deserves to have her money I been looking for a good lawyer for my hubby because of what this doctor did to him but I'm for sure not using these people no way after what they did to my mom I though they were the best lawyers I'm not taking a chance in getting a Lswyer and they do him like they did my mom what people do for money smh. but for the rest of you that had good experience good for you... I just feel bad for those that been robbed and taken for granted how sad..

I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. I was injured in 2013 by negligence at Walmart, B&C took the case and handed it off to Mayer & Rosenberg who had the case for 5 years, filed to save the statute and then told me he didn't want to do the case. Now no one wants to take my case but they are all too afraid to sue Walmart!

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEYS THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOUR CASE IF THERE ARE NOT A LOT MONEY TO THEM OR A BIG CASE .... THE WILL TRANSFER TO ANOTHER ATTORNEY'S THAT YOU DONT ASKING THEY ARE REALLY DISRESPECTFUL NOT GOOD LAWYERS.... BE CAREFUL

Stay away from this Firm, I beg you.
After this guy hit my car on the freeway, I hired this Firm to represent me.
My case took over 2 years, I spoke to my Actual Attorney twice through out the whole time.
1st time was when I signed the contract and 2nd time of course when we settled.
Every time I called the office to check on my case, they either said:
It is the other party’s insurance company we are waiting on, or waiting on the bills from the hospital.
It got to the point where I even drove to the hospital “Financial Department” asked as to what was going on, why weren’t they sending my attorney the bills.
Of course they said that my bills were never requested from any attorney.
I collected them and emailed them to my attorney.
Then nothing,
Waited another year, throughout this year, same excuses,
My attorney was always busy to talk to me, so these different ladies kept giving me different excuses, to the point where one time they told me they were still waiting on the bills from the hospital, “The Bills I had collected MYSELF and emailed them” months before. Just Awful.
Now,
Come to find out after two years of course,
The other party’s limit was only 50k, they settled right away, but after my attorney taking 40 % of the settlement the 30k I got didn’t even cover my lost wages for that 1st year, I was making 48k per year, let’s not mentioned the second year of lost wages, medical bills, car damages, pain and suffering etc etc.
I had “underinsured” on my own policy, never got an explanation from my attorney or anyone else as to why my Car Insurance company didn’t cover the rest of my expenses, American Family Insurance that is.

There are many other Law firms out there, I beg you to try any of them before you even consider these guys.

While it took over a year for the settlement, I was informed from the beginning that this was pretty standard when dealing with insurance companies. Didn't have to do much work on my end. Calls and emails were answered or returned within 24 hours. No surprise fees and the settlement was pretty accurate to what was predicted. Would recommend to anyone.

Would not recommend this place my bf was in a car crash and he’s been trying to get his settlement for almost 2 years and every time he calls they give an excuse why it’ll take longer they only care for money for themselves!

They transferred me to the Garrett Law Firm. No contact after about a year. I was contacted by my auto insurance who advised me they had a court date scheduled and if my attorney intended to file a claim he should plan to attend because this would be his only opportunity. I contacted the attorney and gave him this information. Time passed and I never heard a word. I contacted B&C and told them and they told me that the attorney had told them I had changed my phone number and he couldn't reach me. I asked the lady if she could see the number I was calling from which was the same nunber and she said she saw that. She contacted Garrett and he called. I asked if he had gone to court and he told me no. It had been about a year since the hearing, my insurance won their claim by the way, but he hadn't even contacted the other driver's insurance. I asked if he went to court and he said no, it wasn't necessary. He finally contacted them, but they told him they weren't liable. He said he didnt understand their position since my insurance company had won. They finally made an offer, but I said it wasn't even the mimimal amount offered in the worse cases. He told if I didn't accept it, I would need to get another attorney. When I contacted B&C they said it was unfortunate, but Garrett was a good attorney and they hadn't had any previous problems with him. I later spoke on their chat and the rep referred me to Mr. Croupen. I was told to leave a message. I never heard back until I got this letter the other day talking about my case was resolved, etc. I entrusted B&C with my case and this is what I got. Never again.
