Robert Kingsland and Bradley Akins recently represented me in a personal injury case arising out of injuries I had from a car accident. From the our first meeting through the settlement of my case, Mr. Kingsland, Mr. Akins, and the staff at Dempsey and Kingsland always responded to my questions and requests.. In 2007 I was in a traumatic accident that involved two very large truck's. One was an emergency response vehicle that I was riding in and the other a commercial truck. The other driver was at fault as he did not yield to a on coming emergency response vehicle. I suffered a close head injury, neck and back injuries and experienced severe PTSD. One would believe that after many years of being on your job you would have total support from your employer. But unfortunately in this great republic of ours corporations, governments and private employers no longer seem to consider the employee as an asset but more so a liability to their bottom line.

Almost ten years later I'm still dealing with life long medical issues that my employer attempted to down play and attribute to something other than the traumatic accident.
