According to the 47-page indictment just released today, in the murder case of 10 year-old Caleb Schwab, it appears as if lawyer Derek Mackay was brazenly involved in witness tampering and lying to police on multiple occasions, in an attempt to cover up the negligence of the Schlitterbahn Water Park.
