The Legacy Elder Law Center held our hands every step of the way in establishing trusts that met our needs. They met with us as often as we requested, answered all of our questions, repeatedly if needed, and provided us with asset protection programs to shield our hard won monies. "Caring" and "law firm" are not usually synonymous or mentioned in the same sentence, but Legacy Elder Law does care about its elder clients and works tirelessly to provide them the protection they do not always receive. My monetary investment with Legacy Elder Law was worth every penny for the emotional and financial security we now have.

I have worked with Mr. Rory Clarke on several occasions that involved strategic planning. He has always been well prepared, patient, and well informed. He knows what questions to ask and is obviously very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and his firm to anyone looking for estate planning or other related services.

This firm went above and beyond to help me and my family. They are efficient, compassionate and know what they are doing.

Rory Clark and the rest of the team there have helped me with several legal needs over the years, including making sure my family assets were protected during difficult situations. They explain things in a simple manner, put it on a platter, and make the complex seem routine. I would highly recommend this firm for anyone with estate planning or other legal needs.

Rory has been our attorney, for personal needs and for my small business for over 20 years. He has proven to be excellent in counsel to us, and to others we have referred to him. We would not go anywhere else

I paid Legacy Elder Law Center $6,500 up front to create a special trust document for my disabled brother. During the drafting of the special trust, the attorney working my case left the firm. My case was passed from one individual to another several times. The drafts that I did receive included language that I did not request, and arrangements that would seem to have benefited their firm at our family's expense. I never received a final product from the firm, nor would the firm agree to refund any of my deposit. I give them one star because their paralegal administrative staff did file an affidavit document on my behalf ( a routine task). While they initially seemed like courteous and caring people, my experience with them strongly suggests otherwise.
