Appallingly bad service!! Simple request to amend a last will and testament. 2 visits each lasting less than 30 minutes, a bill of more than $2500, and they did NOT send a form changing the primary beneficiary to my investment/retirement managers as they ASSURED they would do. Check cashed the same day it was written, and I when I learned they never sent the beneficiary change form, they never returned my calls to explain why they didn't send it. Horrible service, horrible communication. Avoid at all costs, as it would do someone just as much good to take $2500 and throw it out the window as it would to pay it to these stereotypical blood suckers.
