Every single attorney I had spoken with was attempting to scare me into using them. They literally used fear as their method of trying to convince me I needed their services. When I first called Mr. Wexler, I was a mess. I had just received a notice for a wage levy that amounted to 90% of my income for the next 3 months! As I, like many of you, live mostly paycheck-to-paycheck, I needed help immediately. I received the tax levy letter from my company, not the IRS, late Wednesday. I called Mr. Wexler early Thursday, and he called me back within about 15 minutes. We met the next morning, which was Friday, and by mid-afternoon, he had arranged a payment plan with the IRS, AND, most importantly, had the levy removed!! I was simply astounded!
