I’m a out of state driver who got into an accident in MD. The police officer gave me 5 tickets total which will cause suspending my driver license.
I did some research on AVVO and contacted Mr. Hanifin base on his awesome reviews and his experience with traffic cases. He answered all of my concerns and very responsive, care and professional. He used all different type of resources to help my case. In court he worked hard to have my case dismissed.
He was able to represent me at the court without my appearance which saved me another trip to MD.
I have absolute confidence in suggesting Attorney Hanifin.
I'm a great beneficiary and a tremendous recipient of their great jobs being done, so I can therefore stand tall with my chest out and share my experience. The G.H.S. have a Great Track Record and Documented proof of how God Almight used them to set me free and Expunged negative charges from mine records. They can defend the UNDER and the UNDEFENDABLE folks in our communities and the world at large. They are the voice crying in the court at this material time to speak and talk the law into the hearing of prosecutors/judges to their hearing and understanding to drop or dismiss the charges leveled against you in the court of law.
However, if anyone needs a Criminal Lawyer or an Attorney to Defend you in any criminal case that's the Direction you should be looking at and Heading to.
Hiring him was the best decision and peace of mind for me. I have won every single trial in the dispute. If you're looking for an expert in the legal field whom you can trust, I would highly recommend Mr. Hanifin for his services.
Patrick Hanifin represented my daughter in her trial at the District Court in Montgomery County Md for a criminal citation. The final court outcome was certainly welcomed and what we had hoped for. We really appreciated how he handled everything, such as his counseling with my daughter, and his timely communications with us. He took his time talking with us throughout the handling of the case, had a very good knowledge of the process, and charged a very reasonable fee. We felt really good having him handling the case and highly recommend him !
I would refer Mr. Gritz and his firm to anyone who needs a lawyer in Moco! He made the process easy to understand , not to mention the fact that we had a favorable outcome!
A minor matter that didn’t get out of control to become a major headache…. During a major weather event that had power knocked out several times, Mr. Shih was in the local central processing unit dealing with another client, when communication resulted in my ability to contact and ultimately retain him. Not only where the local connections between Mr. Shih and the local legal community present, but an understanding the working of the local legal system and strategies that could be successfully employed were present as well. Complete changes in strategy due to new evidence/understanding resulting in substantial dismissal of matters, a pivot initiated by the observations of Mr. Shih. Representation during trial that resulted in a favorable outcome, without having to testify, based on a reasonable understand of the facts. I would love to think I could have achieved the same outcome, however the reality is without the knowledge of the process, the chances of this are slim, and the reality of the matter to escalating into a major headache was always a concern.
Five stars with full confidence!
My previous representation for a series of charges was the firm of Armstrong, Cheris and Miss Jennifer Page. I complete her name because she was the only one I hired personally, specifically a few years later.
All three of those wonderful professionals have shortcomings and egos that are difficult to manage during times of serious consequence and duress. They did great work for me and I thank them; this is simply here to illustrate that I have had considerable prior representation.
Mr. Henry Shih and Mr. Patrick Hanifin will be my attorneys Hinc In Supremum (latin) since their work has seen me clear of serious charges, thriving, unsupervised probation.
I met Mr. Henry Shih as he volunteered for the Office of the Public Defender; he represented me better than I allowed him to, actually. Mind you we had just met in the underbelly of District Court..
I had already had a job at Clarksburg, so I'd been in at least a month. It was over a mutual protective order violation, technically domestic violence, which means that her and I had protective orders against each other, and police automatically arrest and charge both parties, no discretion allowed.
Mr. Shih straight away recognized that I was the decent party in this situation and insisted that we go to trial, something that no private attorney has offered the willingness to do. My own wariness of further incarceration via Montgomery County insisted we plea as that would take less time, and I accepted responsibility for my end. I was released by Judge William's and was very much impressed by Henry Shih that I hired him for matters yet to occur.
I'm no scumbag, you see. German School in Potomac before graduating from Gonzaga and eventually Maryland in College Park, before my senior year at Gonzaga I tragically lost both parents, and my record reflects that substance abuse has ushered me to Prisons, Institutions, but thankfully not the ultimate just yet.
Henry, and his partner Mr. Patrick Hanifin, are younger men than the established relics that grace the defense stands of Montgomery County for its citizens, however, they are professionals and personable. Sincere and on the level. (The first time I met Mr. Hanifin it was a 90° day and I didnt realize that I had essentially sweat through and onto his blazer which was on my chair.) He undoubtedly must have, but instead he pulled up all case searches and provided solid legal advice. Most importantly, the pair offered pro-bono services for an upcoming DUI case.
All together, I faced 4 separate charges (4 separate court dates) including felonies, which were reduced to restitution because, you see, it was a three-week binge of a drug I had never imbibed: Phencyclidine. PCP. 4 charges beginning in May, including the DWI which was dropped to the lesser Driving whilst being a moron I believe (ONLY 8 points MVA style)
Mr. Shih represented me exclusively, except for two occasions when Patric Hanifin represented me.
It was a video bond review and if Pat did not argue for me to judge Wulfe (if my memory and spelling serve correct) I would have stayed locked up for 3 more weeks.
These are outstabding attorneys; the main point to me is that they are great and personable men. If this contains grammatical errors it is because I did not review my wor . They would have.
