The bad reviews are coming from the doctors who have hurt people and tried to get away with it. If you notice they say he's money hungry. Who doesn't want a money hungry attorney. Another bad doctor who possibly injured someone for life said he's dishonest, please and I bet you told the truth. My dentist lied and said he didn't even see me the day he split my lip open with a drill. Fred made them pay. Fred is aggressive and should be feared by insurance companys he also answers all calls himself. I highly recommend Fred.

The way this guy talks and the way he acts just amazes me. Which kind of life style is this? Going after doctors and medical professionals, of course not all of them, just those whom he can make the most money out of them and from their insurance companies. Doctors and medical staff are one of the main back bones of our society. They save lives. Now this Goldberg and his mafia collaborate with each other to make money and get settlements from their insurance companies. Oh my Lord, which kind of creature is he and people like him. The most intelligent people who have studied so hard, spend so much money and time to be a member of society to save our lives and of course mistakes happen. Then there you go, Fred Goldberg shows up, putting smallest fault under the largest magnifying glass, getting other paid members of his group to testify to screw a doctor. Just God help him and people like him. Unbelievable people. A house keeper who cleans bathrooms earns money with more gentility and greatly in comparison to F Goldberg and people like him. From a close distance you can see and feel how miserable he and his family are.

I wish you never end up having anything to do with Fred B. Goldberg, his office and staff. it's a true nightmare. The very first thing that you would experience, is lack of professionalism. It's all about money. No true justice or facts truly matter. There is no dignity here. You can first hand see how he easily manipulate the truth and twist all the facts for his own benefit. It's extremely sad to see such kind of people do exist and are allowed to practice. Don't fall for their initial friendly and nice gestgure. There is a true dark side inside waiting to show up.
Once I left their office and I knew he still was in office, I called to ask a question and fran told me he was not in office and that day was in court! When I told her that I just left the office she just acted cold ice no apologies nothing. And this was just the tip of the iceberg. When you work with them you will see that he is licensed to LIE. he twists every single fact to his own benefit. He and his gang of gangesters.
I truly can't even imagine how he provides fo his family with this kind of actions. Extremely, Extemely Disappointed in everything.
Their facility is awful and filthy, specially the bathroom. McDonald's keep the bathroom more sanitary that these Microbes in shape of human beings!

I am extremely disappointed with these people. There is no honesty here. Goldberg can look straight in your eyes an lie. This is extremely disappointing. Don't fall for his suit and degree. There is no professional value prsent here. He is a true conartist. I can imagine which kind of background he has and which kind of family he was raised in. I bet his own family is not better. He is a guy that would commit anything just for the sake of his interest and money.
The office is very small and dirty, that relates to his soul and personality. Fran is also something. Don't fall for her fake smile and warm and charming talks. They both are both sides of the same coin of deception and lie.
I don't know if there should be a committee supervising people with this kind of character and personality. Not good people at all. Not good people. He does everything just for MONEY.

Fred represented me on a case that just closed. He got me a great settlement and was very easy to work with. I’ve worked with several attorneys over the years because of my line of work, not all are as easy to work alongside. He really is beyond knowledgeable in dental malpractice. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Fred. If you’re considering a dental lawsuit this man is the most knowledgeable prepared attorney you will find. He’s not someone who walks in looking to make the atmosphere intimidating or the situation to be anymore uncomfortable for both parties. If you are planning to pursue a lawsuit you will find out in depositions or trial it is severely uncomfortable. Nobody likes sitting across from a person who has wronged them in some manner. In my deposition the dentist lied through his teeth about everything. Fred merely outwitted him with logic and fact. My dental lawsuit with Fred ran for 2 years. I never knew him or of him, but was referred to him. Before hiring Fred, I hired a local counsel. This case meant a lot to me and I thought local would be the best route for me. Seeing as how they would be personally familiar with the dentist who messed me up. The local attorney tried to convince me my case wasn’t very strong and it wasn’t malpractice but more bad dentistry. If I had listened to that attorney I would have walked away with $0. The DDS who did my full mouth restoration (20 veneers) is the one who told me call Fred. That if anyone can win it’s him. The lawsuit process can be long, drawn out and completely unpleasant. However I will say Fred made it as easy for me as it could be. And I won a very nice amount of money because of his preparation and attention to my case. Fred flew across the country on his own dime multiple times for depositions etc. Never asked for a dollar throughout the entire process. And in the end even took less than what he could have taken from my settlement.

Fred came highly recommended and absolutely lived up to that praise while working on my case. He was always upfront about what my options were and what they would mean for me down the road, which was incredibly helpful to an overwhelmed and nervous 22-year-old with a serious shortage of adults to consult. There is not a true morality and professionalism based in this place, from this goldberg to fran and others. Beyond their superficial facade, they are money hungry evils who do any wrong to "the end justifies the mean". A professional and moral individual would not deal with them. RUN AWAY!!!

I called in to explain my malpractice situation and an incompetent person named Fran took my call, and then hung up on me after I corrected her on Maryland's Statue of Limitations. Obviously not a lawfirm I want as representation.

The receptionist who answered my grandmothers call was very rude to her! I believe her name is Fran. It's a shame because we've heard good reviews about Mr. Goldberg, but since the negative experience with Fran we will look elsewhere for her legal needs.
