I have been a client of Jim's for many years and I continue to be impressed by his knowledge of the law and his willingness to listen to my thoughts on the subject being discussed. He is thoughtful and calm when his client isn't. His attitude brought me to an understanding of the true issues and the most "common sense" way of dealing with them. I believe Jim always has my best interest at heart and wants to see issues solved , not litigated , unless there is no other way.
