Mr Kadish is a super lawyer, I gave some of my friends his cards. I told everyone how he gave me an excellent representation doing my case.

Brash, unprofessional, arrogant and condescending. Upon entering the office of Mr. Kadish he did not have the appropriate MD case search materials on hand that are available to the general public and sent his associate Keith to fetch them. In the meantime he lectured me about a protective order, which I informed him I did not have against me. Kadish quickly took an inventory of my personal existence and decided his next question was ‘how much money do you have?’ Phrased just like that. He refused to answer any questions (including ‘How much is your retainer?’) until I provided an answer on the state of my personal finances. Next came the strange, out of the scope of my case questions surrounding the relationship that I’m in. If Mr. Kadish wants information regarding open relationships, I recommend he do private research instead of asking those questions to potential clients at their consultation. Once it became clear that I did not have the money to pay Mr. Kadish 750/hr he informed that he would do me ‘a personal favor’ and allow his associate Keith to take the case for a ‘mere’ 1000 as opposed to Keiths rate of 2500. Kadish explained that he would be taking a personal loss on this case in order to help me out, he also told me that his firm normally does not take cases such as mine (indecent exposure charge, harassment charge) even though his website clearly says “criminal law”. You don’t know me at all but you’re willing to provide a personal favor, out of pocket for me? That’s a red flag. For those seeking the services of Kadish and Associates just know that Kadish himself bills at 750/hr, won’t appear in district court for less than 7500, and won’t appear in circuit court for less than 25,000. (You’re welcome for spreading your fee schedule) You won’t find these prices on their site and when I asked them why they couldn’t tell me over the phone Keith simply said ‘he couldn’t’. I’ve recieved better professional treatment from cashiers at Wal-mart than at Kadish & Associates; however since they’re insulated from the general population on the 23rd floor of the world trade building they’ve had time and space to develop their special type of economic prejudice. They could very well be good at their jobs but I’ll never know due to their unprofessional behavior and my lack of currency to buy their courtesy.

Craig represented my son recently in a DWI case.When we first met with Craig at his office I was very impressed with his knowlege of the inner working of the law but I didn't think we could afford such a great attorney like craig,but to my surprise he worked with us on his fees.I am very happy with the out come of our case and with Craig.
