I was charged with false domestic violence charges by my controlling ex husband the night I told him I wanted a divorce. I was frantic when it first happened and picked the first lawyer that I came across. Unfortunately my first lawyer was NOT Ben. My first lawyer Paul was not trying to get my case dismissed at all he wanted to drag things out to go to trial so he could make more money. I was very happy to get rid of him and interviewed a few lawyers and one of them was Ben, who I picked to represent me. Ben knew from listening to my ex’s 911 call for three minutes that he was lying. Ben immediately started working on getting my case dismissed, not the easiest thing to do in Adams County. Ben did get my case Completely DISMISSED and my record sealed, so my ex’s bad decisions would not impact my future. I can’t say enough about the amazing qualities Ben and his Partner Jamie have. Both are such kind and knowledgeable people and amazing lawyers. They actually made a horrible situation I was enduring so much better. If I could give Ben 100 stars, I would. He just recently worked on a case for my boyfriend that ended in the exact result that we were looking for. Not only was Ben a star in front of the judge, but he was very caring and attentive to our worries, concerns, and questions. He kept consistent communication with us and guided us through the entire process. My case just ended. After a long year with this dui/hit & run mistake its finally over!!! Benjamin Hartford is definetly the guy to call when you feel like your life is about to crumble.
