I was better off going into court with out him No help at all So focus on trying to sue the other guy for money that he missed the facts and the evidence i had to prove my case I could have went into Court alone and came out better

I'm shocked at the reviews I'm reading here because my staff and I have utilized the services of Mr Levy Multiple times, and will continue to do so. They always expedite matters, keep me informed, and more than fair. Once I was represented as a tenant, and 3 times I was represented as landlord

I obtain Mr Levy and our case went to trail but had to be continued I paid the landlord 2 months rent and two months security I observed Mr Levy talking to the landlord who did not have a certificate of rental Next thing I knew he was telling me that she was within her legal rights to charge me four months to move in I ran down the street to the tenants rights building in 12th St and was observed arguing with Mr Levy by the bailiff She ask what was the problem and I told her and she told him he knew better I am considering reporting Mr Levy to the board He is not a good attorney and will break the law and cross his clients

Worst attorney I have ever experienced!

If I had to give Bart Levy a star; it wouldn't be no stars! Mr. Levy is the worst lawyer that I ever came in contact with! Tenants Rights Advocate referred me to him due to the fact that I was displaced from my apartment since 11/27/2018, due to the wall of my apartment collapsed. It should of been an open shut case because it wasn't no fault of my own. It's more to my case! He lied and stated that I was going to have a triple lawsuit! I went to him in the beginning of January 2019. However, Mr. Levy started to get an attitude, and asked me to settle for $12,000, especially foe what my 5 year old Daughter was going through. Remind you! All our belonging that was stuck in the building, which L&I redeemed it to be a Unsafe Structure(Orange Sign on the door). If L&I put a white, orange, or red sign on the door; you can't go in. My belongings was worth over $30,000! I was flabbergasted! I sent him a long drawn out email telling him that I wasn't going to settle.

On 4/22/2019; Mr. Levy quit due to the fact PHA lied and claimed that my apartment building was considered independent. My Daughter and I was getting sick due to the apartment that management placed us in. When I told him that my 5 year old Daughter was diagnosed at the ER with Coschondilitis(inflammation of the rib cage). Mr. Levy didn't want to her nothing about my Daughter. I would say more!

It took me a month before I got another Attorney! Anytime a Civil Rights Attorney stated that he works for the Landlords; I knew that was true or a Paralegal say, "That Mr. Levy is dumb as the doorknob!" "Matter of fact the doorknob is smarter than Mr. Levy!"

My 5 year old Daughter didn't care for him due to the fact the way he talked to me!

Please! Stay away from this law firm because you will be disappointed! He's Rude; egotistical; and a con artist! He tries to take advantage of minorities who are low income; and in public housing. I had so much evidence and he didn't even consider any of it!!!!!

If you don't want to waste your time, don't even try it. Tried to remove someone from a house recently purchased and the case never even made it to the court, wasted 3 months waiting for the case to be listex, then I called to checked, they asked me for more money because supposedly we needed to use a regional court blah blah blah. I feel like he is all about the money, not going to get more money for me that's for sure. Worst part is that I can't even get a reimbursement for the money I paid smh

I actually had a really good experience with this law firm. I'm not sure what everyone else went to Levy Law for, but I went in for a contract case. Mr. Levy was straight forward and explained the process he was going to take in a way I understood, and his paralegals were available to help when he was in court. I feel like a lot of these other people might have lost their case and are just taking it out on the lawyer. But, I'd recommend going to Levy Law for help with any legal matters you're facing.

Bart was very rude to me. He also got me evicted. My brother works at the court there. He told me that a lot of people don't even respect this guy and his sister there at the court. He makes deals with Landlords. He does not defend clients. He is a very bad low price attorney that has ruined his reputation in Philadelphia Court System many times. He never finished his law degree. Everyone is laughing at this guy's height at the court room.

Evil and Lazy and Greedy and Very Very Very Dumb Attorney. If you want the worst attorney - then go with this guy. He wouldn't even know that you have meeting with him at the court during the last minute. He will not know your name and he will not call you. He has the ugliest look on his suit and face.

Levylaw took my money and ran. The only thing he does is cut a deal with the landlord and doesn't take your evidence you may have like pictures and videos into consideration. You are better off going into court alone. Please and I repeat please don't use him you will leave feeling more discouraged than you did walking in.

I went into Levylaw looking for help with a landlord who was claiming I had not paid my utility bills in addition to a litany of other bogus claims. Levylaw not only helped me stay in my apartment (until I later moved due to the intolerable landlord) but also brought me peace of mind and a feeling of security. Thank you Levylaw!! The have terrible presentation dont ask the question after they take the money, customer service was bad dont contract them.

The law firm of Bart Levy Office is a rip off ... My friend was facing eviction not only did they take the 150.00 they charge for the initial consultation .. They get their clients hopes up but they also call thier clients liars they stop answering thier phone they don't return any phone calls and thier very verbally aggressive. This law firm is disgusting and shouldn't be practicing law to help anyone in their most vulnerable time of need .
