When they found out we were dismissing the case they started charging for things that we didnt even do, phone calls that never took place, so they can use up as much of the retainer as possible. Also the secretary lied to the lawyer saying we wanted to put the case on hold and that the money was not going to be refunded since its on hold when infact we sent letter to dismiss the case
