In May my now fiance filed for his divorce, however we went through a lot of difficulties to get the papers served to his now EX wife. Charged 20K, said on the day of trial "I'm too sick to do a jury trial", led me to accept a bench trial when he knew my co-defendant had only minutes before pled guilty before the same judge, I was found guilty of two counts PWID where there was only one criminal act, I was sentenced to nearly twice the statutory maximum, he failed to file appeals even after twice being ordered to do so by the judge, (I later won two appeals it a new attorney), and finally he made no arguments in the forfeiture action costing me an $ 80, 000 airplane when there was zero evidence that said aircraft was used in the Commission of the crime as evidenced by the fact that the Feds did not pick up the case and I was not charged with or convicted of interstate transportation. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY FOR CRIMINAL DEFENSE OR FORFITURE CASES.

The worse experience I’ve ever had his prices are reasonable but he wasn’t prepared n never followed up with me. I booked him for relocation his work was breath taking he left me in tears. My son dad not only disrespected me in court, my lawyer couldn’t handle his lawyer and what was throwned out. He also told me the court cost was covered for a few court dates and then told me I had to pay 3500 to appeal my court appearance. He had no knowledge of my case and still don’t. I found out by calling the courts that I have another county date.
