Lorraine and the attorney (Dugan) from this firm were very shady throughout the process. Both parties used unethical business practices without giving any response for over a month. Typical excuses used were "waiting for estimates" and "away on vacation" never mentioned their true intentions

Yasmeen Kahlil was the attorney who handled our estate case. Very professional and knowledgeable of the law and presented everything up front. Andrew Bradley assisted on the case. Excellent representation by both attorneys. Our only issue with the firm was when it came to our federal tax return. Yasmeen Kahlil did tell us that we were spending more money on the follow-up to the tax return then the refund would be, but we felt that the firm should have handled the matter to the end. They finally told us to refile the return ourselves. We contacted the IRS, who explained what the status of the refund was, and when to expect the check. After spending almost $10,000, we don't believe that it was out of the realm of reason to have them finish the matter. Have your taxes done elsewhere.

Amy Goldstein duped me into signed a handwritten adendum on my psa which made me pay lifetime alimony regardless of cohabitation. Ironically my ex was cohabitating form the day of our divorce. That being said i am obligated to pay lifetime alimony on an 11year marriage. She is now on the reform commitee for alimony. I have been paying for ten years now and was just curious to know when ms goldstein had a change of opinion on the alimony issue. she tricked me into signing a financial life sentence. something that isnt even lawful in nj anymore and she now is an advocate against the exact opposite of what she forced me into.
