K&S were very helpful and professional. My 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport's engined died 4x and each time, Hyundai dealers (3 different ones) had their chance to fix the issue, but couldn't and K&S came in and helped me won my case. K&S was very helpful in providing me updates and very responsive. After a few months, through arbitration, Hyundai had to buy back my car and paid me everything back (except mileage usage). This was my first experience with a Breach of Warranty.I financed a 2013 Dodge Dart and within 16hrs the transmission failed on a major highway. The transmission had to be replaced. After replacement, check engine light continued to come on. It would read Autostick unavailable, Service Transmission on dash. Car would stall. Took car back to dealership repeatedly for repair, kept having same problem. I literally had to turn around 3 times in one day to return to dealership because check engine light, autostick unavailable, servive transmission came on as soon as I drove off lot after being there to have that issue repaired. Chrysler was aware of issue I was having with the car but they kept giving me the run around and stalling (like my car was stalling) instead of helping me. It got to the poiint where I was scared to drive the car because it would stall randomly on highways and at every stop light. Mr. Silerman and his staff explained entire process step by step. They answered all of my questions, made feel comfartable and confident in their ability to resolve my case. I felt that my safety was treated as the top priority. I am extremely pleased with the way my case was handled and how I was treated by the firm. Responses were always prompt and someone available to speak with me whenever I called.
