There was an error made on my I-130 petition, an application that is fairly simple. I, however, wanted to have an attorney be involved from beginning to end in my immigration process so I hired Mr. Santiago. His paralegal team was not up to part and as the lawyer, Mr. Santiago did not do his job properly by checking their work. The mistake could have cost me more money and more time to my immigration process. Fortunately, the new lawyer I hired is experienced with a great team that was able to amend the mistake on time and keep me on the right track.
