I paid $150 to this lawyer to get "correct" and "professional" legal advice. But the consultation is so disappointed. Here is my experiences. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

1. Most of the time her answers are "not quite sure". There is one question for which she asked me to check government website to find the answer. For another question she asked my to consult my company attorney.
2. There is one occasion Tsui apparently provided wrong information. Since I sought other legal counsel (more than two) before I talked with this attorney.

I paid her due to the high rating. Apparently the rating is not reliable. I don't understand where is the "five star" comes from. I would give her "no start" if I can. Never use her!

I'm an artist and filmmaker f based in New York. I was apply for O1 visa and my friend recommend Tsui Yee to me. With Tsui Yee's professional advise, I got my O1 visa. She's a very experienced immigration lawyer. I highly recommend her service because Tsui Yee is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with speedy action even working for difficult case!

I cannot go into specifics. But Tsui took one of the hardest cases on the books and finally gave my husband and I a life. We’ve had other lawyers. Lawyers who were famous in this field. They got us nowhere. We even left Tsui for a while because the case seemed so hopeless. The only thing our case was missing was a deportation. We’d had one Stokes interview (where Immigration splits up a married couple and interviews them separately for hours to see if a marriage is real) many years ago that ended up with no answer. After no response for yet another few years, USCIS then scheduled my husband and I for a second Stokes interview. Finally after retaining Tsui again, within weeks we got our positive answer. Thanks to Tsui’s expertise and guidance my husband finally received his green card – after waiting 10 years!!! Our future was hanging in the balance, and not knowing for all those years whether USCIS would approve my husband’s application to stay and live in the US with me was agonizing for the both of us.

My husband getting his green card after all these years still feels like a dream!! I keep telling him, “you’re an American!!!” We are looking into finally opening up our first business and maybe getting out of the city. Who would have thought that my husband would get approved while Trump was in office???!! Crazy!! OMG this has given me life. I can sleep at night and not worry about my husband driving and being stopped, especially at airports (he works as a driver). I’ve heard so many horror stories of drivers just disappearing and their cars being towed.

Tsui is tough and you have to listen to her, but if you do, you will get the best possible result. She will work with you as far as payments. Use Tsui, there is no better immigration lawyer in the game in NYC!!!
