If I could give them zero stars I would. Over priced. If you have an easy case, go ahead and over pay for her services. But if your case is difficult, please find another lawyer. All they care about is getting paid, for just talking to you. Every time we went to court she would just roll over and agree to the terms of the other lawyer.

With all due respect but your office was never available to answer our questions when we need it. We would leave countless messages with your receptionist who probably threw it away in the garbage because no one would return our calls. Even when my partner called to advise you that she was going with a different lawyer, she had to call twice and no one ever returned our call. And the only call we received was that you guys needed another payment. And the only time I received a call from you was when I wrote this bad review.

I scheduled a consultation with Ms. Claudio’s office and was immediately impressed with the staff and the options for phone and office meetings. They also sent me a confirmation with the address and time of the consultation through text message which was very convenient. When I met with Ms. Claudio she gave me all the advice I needed to even do the case on my own although I would never represent myself, I appreciated the thoroughness of the information. It’s obvious she knows the process, Judges and other attorneys in this area because she was able to give me a heads up of what to except which was spot on once we started the process. She was upfront about the challenges of my case and didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear and I appreciated her honesty. She has several attorneys that work for her so she told me she may not be the one representing me at each appearance which I was nervous about but the attorney she sent for me knew my case well, had a file for me with all my documents and was fierce in the court room. They also spent time after the appearance explaining what had happened because as you know being in that courtroom can be scary and also confusing. I then had a follow up meeting with Ms. Claudio to discuss next steps. I am very happy with the services I received and will definitely be referring this office.

Once I got cancelled as I was running late. Then my child got sick. Finally after complaining on google I was encouraged to try again. Got appointment in a week- oh the consultation fee was 100$ not 50$- 50% increase. I negotiated my price and arrived 10 min earlier. Lady who did not introduce herself took my money and notes about my problems. Then she left me in windowless office. Some guy turned off remaining lights and left as well. I was sitting there another 30 min. in closed for a day office. Honestly I freaked out and left. My kids are waiting for me, nobody here give a s..t about the client so what I am doing!!!
