This firm is very user friendly. They took the time to explain things we didn't understand which was just about everything. I highly recommend them.

The most nickel-and-dime charging I have ever seen. Billing is insane. $60 charge for providing a tracking number! Erin's rate went up halfway through the case and we were not warned. We get $250 charges over unrequested 2 sentence emails. No idea how this place gets its good reviews. Would never use again or recommend to anyone. We have not dealt with Kim, only with Erin.
